1. Definitions
- User: Natural or legal person who accesses the Service.
- Buyer: User who purchases products or services.
- Merchant: User who offers products or services.
- Parties: Buyers, Merchants, and Vuélvete Local.
2. Acceptance of Terms
The use of Vuélvete Local implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any point, do not use the Service.
3. Purpose of the Service
Vuélvete Local is a marketplace connecting Buyers and Merchants. We act as a technological platform and are not part of the sales contract.
4. Registration and Account
To access some features you must register. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your data and the security of your account.
5. Publication of Listings
Merchants can manage listings with description, images, price, taxes, shipping, and returns. It is prohibited to post illegal content or content that infringes on third-party rights.
6. Transactions and Fees
We apply a 2% + €0.25 fee on the net amount of each sale. Payments are processed with Stripe, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Merchants will receive funds in 3–7 business days.
7. Shipping and Returns
- Each Merchant defines their shipping conditions and timeframes.
- If not specified, free in-store pickup or standard shipping applies.
- Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from receipt.
8. Data Protection and Cookies
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The content, trademarks, and software of the Service are the property of Vuélvete Local or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Liability
We do not guarantee the veracity, quality, or suitability of the products. We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the Service.
11. Mediation
We offer mediation in disputes between Buyers and Merchants. Our role is to facilitate good faith dialogue.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of serious breach. The User can delete their account by contacting info@vuelvetelocal.com.
13. Force Majeure
Neither Vuélvete Local nor the User will be liable for breaches caused by events beyond reasonable control.
14. General Provisions
If any clause is invalid, the remainder shall remain valid. These Terms, along with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
15. Law and Jurisdiction
They are governed by Spanish law and the courts of Barcelona will be competent to resolve disputes.
